How to add your MPChat cards to Google Pay (Cloud, Flash, and Boundless)

Learn how to add Cloud Card, Flash Card, and Boundless Card to Google Pay. Includes Android setup, card-adding steps, and troubleshooting for tokenization and payment failures.

Key fact: Google Pay currently supports all three MPChat VISA cards: Cloud Card (BIN 45659910/49372410), Flash Card (BIN 40433705), and Boundless Card (physical, BIN 45659910). This differs from Apple Pay, which currently supports Flash Card only.

Overview

This guide shows how to add your MPChat card to Google Pay (Google Wallet) for Android payments. It is for users who:

  • want to pay with NFC tap-to-pay on Android devices

  • want to use Google Pay in supported apps and websites

  • already hold Cloud Card, Flash Card, or Boundless Card

Before you start

  • Prepare full card details: In MPChat, go to Wallet → My Cards → Card Detail → Show Number, then prepare card number, expiry date, and CVV. See How do I view the full card number and expiration date?

  • Android requirements: install the latest Google Wallet app, enable NFC, and ensure Google Play Services is working normally.

  • Billing consistency: keeping your Google account region aligned with your card billing address helps reduce verification failures.

How to add the card to Google Pay (Google Wallet)

  1. Open Google Wallet and tap Add to Wallet.

  2. Select Payment card, then New credit or debit card.

  3. Scan the card or enter MPChat card number, expiry date, and CVV manually.

  4. Review and accept issuer terms.

  5. Complete verification (SMS/email OTP, 3DS) when prompted.

  6. After verification, the card appears in Google Wallet and is ready for supported Google Pay scenarios.

Set default card and use it

  • Set your preferred card as default in Google Wallet for faster NFC checkout.

  • For online checkout, choose Google Pay and confirm the selected MPChat card.

  • Keep sufficient card balance for subscription renewals.

Troubleshooting

  • "Card not supported": update Google Wallet and Play Services, then retry. If it still fails, review region settings, card details, and 3DS verification results.

  • Card added but payment failed: check balance, billing info, and whether the merchant is restricted by card policy. See MPChat card limits and fees.

  • Expiry format issue: enter expiry as MM/YY. See validity period format guidance.
