📖 Overview
Cloud Card, Flash Card, and Boundless Card all support Apple Pay and are issued in Singapore. For Apple Pay and the App Store, set the Apple ID country/region to Singapore. This guide covers adding the card to Apple Wallet and as an Apple ID payment method.
Eligible card and prerequisites

Bind to Apple Pay (Wallet)
Open iPhone Wallet → tap + (top right) → Debit or Credit Card.
Choose “Enter Card Details Manually”.
Enter the selected card number, expiry, CVV, and cardholder name (use your real name (Latin letters)).
Complete verification as prompted (SMS/email code or issuer confirmation may be required).
After verification, the card appears in Wallet for Apple Pay in-store and online.
⚠️ Ensure sufficient balance before binding; billing address must match the card page.
Bind to Apple ID payment (App Store / subscriptions)
Open Settings → tap Apple ID at top → Payment & Shipping.
Tap Add Payment Method or edit an existing one.
Choose Credit/Debit Card and enter the card details and billing address.
Save to use for in-app purchases, Apple Music, iCloud+, and other subscriptions.
Alternate path: Settings → App Store → Apple ID → Manage Payment Methods.
Symptom | What to do |
Bind failed / cannot verify | Check balance, Singapore billing address (postal code), and that the IP matches the Singapore account |
“Not available in this region” | Switch the Apple ID country/region to Singapore, then try again (see Apple Pay / App Store region fix guide) |
“Invalid payment method” | Re-login Apple ID in private mode or retry after ~10 minutes |
Apple Pay verification fails | Confirm the card is active and not frozen; contact MPChat support if needed |
Subscription charge failed | Balance must cover fee + charges; see chargeback/freeze guide |
Notes
One card per primary Apple ID — avoid sharing across accounts to reduce risk flags.
Cancel unused subscriptions under Settings → Subscriptions promptly.
