Yes. Each verified user can open up to 6 virtual cards in total: up to 5 Cloud Cards and 1 Flash Card (the single Flash Card is an issuing-bank restriction and cannot be lifted from within the app).

The quota is counted per KYC-verified identity, so opening additional accounts does not raise it. The Boundless Card (physical) does not count toward the virtual-card quota and is counted separately.
