The card issuance fee is a one-time service charge used for card activation and account setup; this fee will not be credited to your card or wallet balance.

Is the fee I paid for the card credited to my account balance?

MPChat is committed to minimizing your card-holding costs. Our cards have no monthly or annual fees .

Are there any monthly, annual, or management fees for your cards?

As long as your account is in good standing, we will not charge any account inactivity fees, regardless of how frequently you use the card.

If I don't use my card and it has no balance, will I be charged?
