From 30 September 2026, MPChat permanently retired Flash Card. Cardholders were notified: issued Flash Cards were converted to Cloud Cards, and balances moved to Total Assets. This article covers what happened, where the money is, and which card to open now.
✅ If you previously held a Flash Card
After retirement, Flash Card no longer exists as a separate product. Check the following:
In your card list, the former Flash Card appears as a Cloud Card (BIN 45659910)
The former card balance was moved to Total Assets; transfer from Total Assets / Pay onto the Cloud Card before spending
Top-ups, spend, binding, and freeze/unfreeze now follow Cloud Card rules
You cannot apply for a new Flash Card, or convert a Cloud Card back to Flash Card

Total Assets is at the top of the wallet home screen. Open the breakdown to check the moved balance by currency.
🆕 Which card to open now
There is no Flash Card application entry in the App. Choose by use case:
Cloud Card (VISA · virtual · BIN 45659910): best for everyday online subscriptions and cross-border spend; supports Apple Pay / Google Pay / Alipay / WeChat. Issuance fee 10 USDT.
Boundless Card (VISA · physical · BIN 45659910): choose when you need in-person POS or ATM (ATM restricted in some regions). Issuance fee 100 USDT.

Does Apple Pay still work after the conversion?
The card is now a Cloud Card. Check the in-app binding status; if you need to bind again, follow the Cloud Card Apple Pay guide.
After conversion, which fee and limit schedule applies?
Cloud Card rules and the current fee table apply. See the fee table and the Cloud Card intro.
Why does the help center still mention Flash Card?
Some older tutorials are still being updated. The product is retired — do not apply for Flash Card, and do not treat it as still usable.
