1. Open the MPChat app, click Asset > Pay > Deposit, select the currency you want to deposit (taking USDT as an example), and select the corresponding network for USDT: Note: The networks corresponding to USDT are only for depositing USDT; depositing other currencies is not supported. Pay on-chain deposits currently accept USDT on Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), and Ethereum (ERC20). You are depositing USDT, not ETH or BNB. Taking USDT-TRC20 network deposit as an example.
You can choose to copy the address for deposit or scan the QR code directly for deposit. Please note that the minimum on-chain USDT deposit is 10 USDT on Tron, BNB Smart Chain, and Ethereum. Deposits are credited based on the amount actually received after blockchain network fees; anything below 10 USDT will not be credited. 2. After copying the address, open the app of the platform from which you want to withdraw (taking the Binance app as an example). Open the Binance app, select Spot Account, click Transfer, and choose Withdraw via Crypto Network.
3. Select the currency to withdraw, paste the deposit address copied from MPChat into the withdrawal address field, and select the corresponding network (please refer to Step 3, using the USDT-TRC20 chain as an example). Attention: Do not select the wrong network, as this will result in the deposit not being credited.
4. Click Withdraw and follow the app prompts to complete the withdrawal.
5. Arrival time depends on the network (the page shows about 10 minutes). On Tron, several confirmations are typical. Each network confirmation takes about 1 minute. Once confirmed, the user can check the deposit status in the MPChat app.
