You have bought USDT on Ouyi. This article teaches you how to "withdraw coins" to MPChat Pay for card opening and consumption. Haven’t bought USDT yet? Please read the "Guide to Buying USDT through OKX" first.
The Asset page has two tabs: Pay and Web3. Card opening, deposits, card spending, and transfers out use Pay balance only; assets in the Web3 tab are not used for cards.
Core principles
"Recharge MPChat" = Make a withdrawal (Withdraw) on the Ouiyi side, and transfer USDT from Ouiyi to the payment address given to you by MPChat.
Ouyi Fund Account──(Blockchain Network)──▶MPChat Recharge Address
⚠️ The network and payment address must be completely consistent with MPChat, otherwise the assets may be lost and cannot be retrieved.
Step 1: Get the recharge address on MPChat
Open MPChat → "Asset" → "Pay" → "Deposit".
Choose a currency USDT and a network (such as TRC-20).
Copy the recharge address (or save the QR code).
Step 2: Initiate a currency withdrawal on Ouyi
Open OuYi → "Assets" → Find USDT → "Withdraw" → Select "Withdraw on the chain".
Coin withdrawal address: Paste the payment address of MPChat and check again after pasting.
Network: Select a network consistent with MPChat (such as TRC-20).
Enter the quantity and confirm the network fee.
Submit after completing security verification.
⚠️ Ouyi may have security verification or a short delay for "new address", which is normal risk control.
Step 3: Wait for payment to arrive
Check the progress in OuYi's "Withdrawal Record".
It usually takes a few minutes to arrive in the account, and you can check the balance in MPChat Pay after it arrives.

Does Ouyitcoin require an address whitelist?
Depends on your account security settings. If the whitelist is enabled, you need to add the MPChat address to the whitelist first.
Is it normal for the amount to be slightly less after arrival?
Normal, it is USDT→USD conversion difference.
