If your cryptocurrency deposit has not arrived, please refer to the following process:
1. Please check if you have used the wrong chain or deposited the wrong currency.
2. Please check if the deposit amount meets the platform's minimum requirement. Amounts smaller than the minimum cannot be credited.
For example, the minimum deposit for USDT-TRC20 is 1 USDT. If the received amount is less than 1 USDT, it will not be credited.
3. Please check for on-chain congestion. Verify the status on the blockchain.
If all above cases are ruled out, please ensure you are not depositing from gambling or illegal addresses, as such deposits will be intercepted by the wallet.
