You have bought USDT on Binance. This article teaches you how to "withdraw" it to MPChat Pay for card opening and consumption. Haven’t bought USDT yet? Please read the "Guide to Buying USDT through Binance" first.
The Asset page has two tabs: Pay and Web3. Card opening, deposits, card spending, and transfers out use Pay balance only; assets in the Web3 tab are not used for cards.
Core principles
"Recharge MPChat" = Make a withdrawal (Withdraw) on Binance and transfer USDT from Binance to the payment address MPChat gives you.
Binance Fund Account──(Blockchain Network)──▶MPChat Deposit Address
⚠️ Two keys must be consistent: network (such as TRC-20) and payment address. Any mistake could result in the asset being lost and unrecoverable.
Step 1: Get the recharge address on MPChat
Open MPChat → "Asset" → "Pay" → "Deposit".
Select the currency USDT and select the network (such as TRC-20, please pay attention to the networks supported by MPChat).
Copy the displayed recharge address (or save the QR code).

Step 2: Initiate a currency withdrawal on Binance
Open Binance → "Assets/Wallet" → Find USDT → "Withdraw".
Coin withdrawal address: Paste the address just copied from MPChat (it is recommended to check it again after pasting).
Network: Choose a network that is exactly the same as MPChat (such as TRC-20).
Enter the amount of coins to withdraw and confirm the network fee (miner fee).
Complete the security verification (Google verification/SMS, etc.) and submit the withdrawal.
⚠️ If you choose the wrong network or fill in the wrong address, the assets will not be retrieved. Please be sure to check word for word before transferring out.
Step 3: Wait for payment to arrive
After the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, the progress can be viewed on Binance’s “Withdrawal Records”.
The arrival time depends on the network confirmation speed, usually a few minutes.
After arriving, you can check the USDT balance in MPChat "Asset" → "Pay" or wait for the notification of arrival.
Method 2: Deposit via Binance Pay (no on-chain transfer required)
If you don’t want to transfer on the chain, you can also use Binance Pay to directly top up MPChat. The process is simpler:
Open MPChat App → Click "Deposit".
Select Binance Pay among payment methods.
Enter the deposit amount and confirm that the information is correct.
Click "Deposit Now" to jump to Binance App to complete payment confirmation.
⚠️ Binance Pay charges a 1% handling fee for recharge, and on-chain transfers (no recharge fees, only network mining fees) are two different channels. Please choose according to whether you mind the handling fee.

Why is the USD amount slightly less after the USDT I deposited arrives?

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

What should I do if I charged the wrong network/wrong address?
