Authorization fee: $0.03 per verification/pre-authorization; when the account verification rate is ≥15%, $0.8/item may be charged if verification/pre-authorization fails.

Card opening fee: 10 USDT (default card opening fee; friends who receive the first card under the invitation event will receive a 5 USDT reward, please see the official event rules)
Monthly/yearly management fee: 0 (no monthly rent, annual fee, management fee)

Refund fee: 0 (no fees for refunds)
Chargeback fee (bank fees incurred due to transaction failure due to insufficient balance/freezing/deactivation): 0.80 USD/transaction (the first two transactions per card per month are exempted)
Card cancellation fee: 3 USDT (cancellation and liquidation)
⚠️ The bank will dynamically adjust relevant fees based on the actual chargeback rate of the account. Please use your card regularly to reduce the risk of chargebacks.
Card rules and limits
First-time recharge threshold: After opening the card, you need to transfer enough USD from Pay to the card (it is recommended to cover the card opening fee + first consumption/subscription amount + handling fee buffer)
⚠️ Transfer the reserved balance: The card balance must be transferred back to Pay before you can withdraw cash; when transferring out, please refer to the "Transferable Balance" on the card details page. Insufficient balance will only cause the transaction to fail/reject payment, but will not cause the card to be frozen.
⚠️Consumption limit: single transaction of $100,000; 50 purchases per day, cumulative total of $250,000; monthly cumulative volume of $1,000,000; annual cumulative volume of $2,000,000 (Cloud Card is a virtual card and does not support ATM cash withdrawals). The above is the product upper limit. Your actual available limit is subject to the display in the app, and may be dynamically tightened based on transaction conditions due to risk control.
⚠️ Freeze / unfreeze: only two cases freeze a card — you freeze it yourself in the App (self-service unfreeze anytime); or the issuer freezes it after 3 wrong CVV entries within 24 hours (contact official support; support sends a letter to the issuer to request unfreeze).
⚠️Card cancellation: only triggered by the user in the app and has nothing to do with balance or chargeback; a 3 USDT clearing fee will be charged for card deletion
Usage restrictions: Please abide by the "MPCard Prohibited Consumption Scenarios" and prohibit use in restricted categories/merchant such as gambling and adult platforms.
