What is USDT?
USDT (Tether) is a stablecoin.
Pegged to USD: 1 USDT ≈ 1 USD, backed by reserves from issuer Tether.
Stable price: unlike Bitcoin or Ethereum, suited for payments and holding value.
On-chain asset: runs on blockchains and moves globally like a bank transfer.
In short: USDT is “digital USD” for moving value on-chain.
Why does MPChat use USDT?

Which USDT networks exist?
