This article teaches you how to safely purchase USDT through C2C guaranteed transactions on Binance to prepare for subsequent recharge of MPChat and card opening. If you are new to cryptocurrencies, please read "Why is it recommended to buy USDT through an exchange?" 》.

Prepare a mobile phone and available Alipay/WeChat/bank cards.
We recommend you reserve slightly more than the amount required to open the card (card opening fee + first-time card recharge, for the specific amount, please see "Detailed Steps for Newbies to Apply for MPChat Cryptocurrency Card").
All operations are conducted on the Binance official App/official website, and beware of phishing websites.
Step 1: Download and install Binance App
Go to the official Binance channel to download the app and install it.
Open the app and prepare to register.

Step 2: Register a Binance account
Register using your email or mobile phone number.
Set the login password and complete the security verification.
Follow the prompts to complete basic real-name authentication (KYC) - C2C currency purchases usually require real-name, which is a compliance requirement for formal platforms.
Step 3: Purchase USDT through C2C
The principle of C2C (point-to-point guaranteed transaction): you buy USDT from an individual seller certified by the platform, and the platform guarantees it. You pay the seller in RMB through Alipay/WeChat/bank card. The seller releases the currency after receiving the payment, and USDT automatically enters your Binance fund account.
Specific operations:
Find the "C2C Transaction"/"Buy Coin" entrance on the homepage of the App (if it is not available on the homepage, click "More" to find it in the menu, and it can be set as a quick entrance).
Select the currency USDT and select the payment method (Alipay/WeChat/Bank Card).
Choose sellers with high reputation, large transaction volume, and certification.
Enter the purchase amount or quantity and click "Purchase/Place Order" to generate an order.
Complete the payment according to the payment information displayed on the order, and then click "I have paid/Upload payment voucher".
Wait for the seller to release the coins (usually a few minutes), and you can see the USDT balance in your capital account after the payment arrives.
⚠️ Please do not fill in sensitive words such as "USDT / Cryptocurrency / BTC" in the payment remarks to avoid rejection by the payee or risk control.

Step 4: Withdraw coins to MPChat
The purchased USDT needs to be "withdrawn" from Binance to the deposit address of the MPChat platform.

Please select TRC-20 (Tron) for the withdrawal network - MPChat recharge currently only supports the TRC-20 network. Selecting the wrong network (such as ERC-20/BEP-20) will cause the assets to be lost and cannot be retrieved; at the same time, check that the payment address is consistent with the one displayed in the MPChat App.

How much is the handling fee for buying USDT?
C2C purchase of USDT itself usually has no or very low handling fees; when withdrawing coins to MPChat, network fees (mining fees) will be incurred, and the amount depends on the selected network. There is no platform recharge fee for recharging on the MPChat chain (network mining fees are charged on the chain)
How long does it take to get the money?
Sellers usually release coins within a few minutes; withdrawing coins to MPChat depends on the blockchain network confirmation speed, usually several minutes.
How many can I buy?
Please cover at least the card opening fee and the first card recharge amount, and reserve a buffer for handling fees. Recommended ≥ 50 USDT (covers 10 USDT for card opening + first consumption buffer, subject to adjustment based on subscription goals)
