For novices: Boundless Card is MPChat’s VISA physical card, suitable for offline consumption, ATM cash withdrawal and other scenarios. This article explains the complete process from application to activation.
Who is the Boundless Card suitable for?
A physical VISA card is required for offline card swiping
Need to withdraw cash at an ATM (a handling fee will apply, see the rate description)
Large amounts or long-term stable consumption, not satisfied with pure virtual cards
If you only need online subscription and Apple Pay, give priority to Cloud Card or Flash Card.
Preparation before application
Complete MPChat real-name authentication (KYC). KYC1 supports government-issued identity documents (passport/ID card + live selfie). For details, please see KYC1 Real-name Authentication and Help Center KYC Series
There is enough USDT in Pay for the card opening fee, card production fee, and first deposit threshold. The virtual card is opened for 10 USDT; the Boundless Card is opened for 100 USDT.
Prepare the delivery address (name, phone number, detailed address, postal code).

Application steps
Log in to MPChat → enter "Cards" → select "Boundless Card".
Read and confirm the fee rules (card opening fee 100 USDT, card production fee, postage fee, etc.). Fill in the delivery address in the app when applying; the time limit and mailing range are subject to the application details page.
Fill in the mailing address and check that the name is consistent with the KYC information.
Complete the first recharge (meet the first recharge threshold). After opening the card, you need to transfer enough USD from Pay to the card (it is recommended to cover the card opening fee + first consumption/subscription amount + handling fee buffer)
Submit the application and wait for the card to be issued and mailed.
Mailing and receipt
Delivery time: Please refer to the announcement on the Boundless Card application details page (usually international mailing, the time limit varies by region).
Mailing range: Subject to the announcement on the Boundless Card application details page; card consumption transactions can be carried out normally in mainland China, only ATM cash withdrawals are restricted (unavailable); ATM cash withdrawals are prohibited in Singapore, and other transaction types are not affected.
After signing for it, please check in person whether the envelope and card are intact; if there is any damage, please contact customer service.
⚠️ Never take photos of physical cards and CVV information and send them to others.
How to activate the card after receiving it?
Open MPChat App → "Cards" → find the corresponding Boundless Card.
Follow the page prompts to enter the "Activate Physical Card" process. App → Card → Corresponding to Boundless Card → Activate physical card
Usually you need to enter the last four digits of the card number, CVV or scan the QR code on the card. Subject to App activation process prompts
After successful activation, it can be used for POS card swiping and ATM cash withdrawal (limits must be adhered to).
Inactive physical cards may not be able to be consumed, please refer to the status in the app.
