The physical Boundless Card supports ATM cash withdrawals as well as online and offline spending, but ATM withdrawals are subject to specific limits and regional restrictions: the daily cumulative ATM withdrawal limit is 1,500 USD, with a maximum of 5 transactions per day, and a monthly cumulative limit of 15,000 USD. In addition, Card purchases work normally in mainland China; only ATM cash withdrawals are restricted (unavailable). ATM cash withdrawals are prohibited in Singapore; other transaction types are unaffected. The detailed rules are as follows.

Physical card ATM withdrawals are subject to the following amount and frequency constraints. Once exceeded, no further withdrawals can be initiated:

💡 Tip: If you have reached the daily limit or maximum transaction count, please wait until the next day for the limits to reset before attempting again. This limit only applies to ATM cash withdrawals and does not affect normal spending.

Due to compliance and risk control policies, the physical card's ATM withdrawal function is restricted in certain regions:

All service fees for the Boundless Card physical card are consistent with those of the Cloud Card. You can view the specific fee schedule for the Cloud Card on the card application page; the physical card will be charged at the same rates.
