If you need help, use any of the channels below:

  • Online support: open the in-app support entry to contact customer service.

  • X (Twitter): follow and contact the official social account for updates and support.

  • Support email: send your issue details from the registered email for faster follow-up.

  • Help Center: search self-service articles to solve common issues quickly.

  • Official pages: visit MPChat official pages for product information and announcements.

For faster processing, please include your account ID, issue time, and screenshots when contacting support.
