For newbies: There are USDT and multiple cards in the MPChat account. Login security and 2FA are equally important. This article explains password management, abnormal login handling, and device security habits.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
Enter your registered email address and follow the email prompts to reset your password.
If 2FA is turned on, the authenticator dynamic code will still be required to log in after reset.
Unable to receive the email: Check the spam; confirm whether the email is correct; you can also contact the "Forgot Password" on the login page or the online customer service in the app for assistance.
⚠️ MPChat will not ask for your full password or 2FA key via private message, beware of phishing.
I entered the wrong password or verification code and was locked?
Entering the wrong password/2FA multiple times in a short period of time may trigger a temporary lock (anti-brute force cracking).
Action: Wait for the cooldown period (usually 15–60 minutes) and try again. Subject to the login page lock prompt
Still unable to log in: Contact customer service and prepare proof of identity and registration information.

What should I do if I find an abnormal login?
If you receive a login notification from an unfamiliar device, or find that someone other than you is operating:
Change your password immediately (preferably from a clean device that you have never logged in to).
Check whether 2FA is still bound to your mobile phone; if abnormal, contact customer service.
View or log out of other logged-in devices in the App's "Security Settings/Security Center".
Freeze all cards (if suspected to have been fraudulently used).
Check recent transactions with Pay balance.
Contact MPChat customer service to report.
Equipment and Environmental Safety Practices
MPChat is currently a pure App product and does not have an independent web version. Please do not enter your account password/verification code on any third-party web page or other people's mobile phones.
Turn on the lock screen password/biometrics on your phone and do not stay logged in on other people's phones.
Do not click on "MPChat Official" links from unknown sources; only access from the official website/official App entrance. https://mp.net
The authenticator key is backed up offline and the migration is completed before changing the machine.
Do not send account screenshots (including UID and card information) in chat software.
Relationship with card security
Account stolen ≠ Just password issue, attacker may:
Transfer Pay funds
Check the card number/CVV and make fraudulent use of it
Modify security settings
