1. Asia Elite Card (Virtual) & Global Business Card (Physical)456599/493728 — VISA Restricted Transaction Policy
The Asia Elite Card (virtual) and Global Business Card (physical) share the same restricted merchant policy. Details are as follows.
1.1 Restrictions by MCC (Merchant Category Code)
Payments at merchants registered under the following MCCs will be automatically declined:

7801 | Government-Licensed Online Casinos | All online gambling and virtual casino transactions are strictly prohibited. |
7802 | Government-Licensed Horse/Dog Racing | Wagering on horse racing, greyhound racing, and similar animal racing events is strictly prohibited. |
7995 | Betting (Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off-Track & Race Track Wagers) | Covers all casino chip exchanges, off-track betting, and race track wagering. |
9754 | Gambling — Horse Racing, Dog Racing & State Lotteries | Covers online horse/dog race wagering and state lottery purchases, complementing MCC 7802 for online/offline coverage. |
3489 | Specific Airline / High-Risk Merchant Reserved Code | A reserved MCC in the Visa network for specific merchant categories. Actual blocked scenarios are subject to the BIN provider’s latest rules. |
Note: If a merchant is registered under any of the above MCCs with its acquiring bank, the transaction will be automatically blocked by the system.
