On-chain withdrawals from MPChat are usually sent within 30 seconds to 15 minutes, depending on blockchain network congestion.
If your withdrawal has not arrived after a long time, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Withdrawal Status: Find the transaction in "Wallet" > "Transaction History" and check the status:
Processing: The system is handling it. Some withdrawals may trigger a manual security review, which can extend the arrival time.
Completed: Funds have been successfully sent from MPChat and are on the blockchain.
Failed: The withdrawal failed, and funds have been fully returned to your wallet balance. For how to read the return record and its common causes see My withdrawal was returned.
2. Check Network and Address
Wrong Chain/Address: If the address is incorrect or the wrong network is selected, funds cannot be recovered once on the blockchain.
Amount Too Low: Ensure the withdrawal amount is higher than the recipient platform's "minimum deposit limit."
3. Need Help?: If it still shows "Processing" after 1 hour and you have not received a return or security-review notification, please contact customer service.
