MPChat Web3 Wallet Deposit Guide
This tutorial will demonstrate the complete deposit process using the extraction of USDT from the Binance exchange to the MPChat Web3 wallet as an example.
Part 1: Obtain the Deposit Address in MPChat
Enter the Receive Page: Open the MPChat App, go to Assets (Web3), and click the green "Receive" icon.
Select Target Cryptocurrency: Type in the search bar or directly select the multichain "USDT" from the frequently used list.
Select Deposit Network: In the pop-up network list, select the deposit network you want to use (using the Solana network as an example).
Copy Deposit Address: The system will generate your deposit QR code and address. Click the "Copy" button below the address to save it to your clipboard.
Part 2: Initiate Withdrawal in Binance
Enter Binance Account: Open the Binance App, click "Assets/Wallets" in the bottom menu, choose "Withdraw/Send" at the top, and select "Withdraw Crypto".
Select Withdrawal Cryptocurrency: Find or search for "USDT" in your asset list.
Enter Address and Network: On the withdrawal page, paste the deposit address you just copied from MPChat, and select the exact same network as MPChat (Solana in this example).
Enter Deposit Amount: Enter the amount of USDT you wish to deposit (withdraw).
Verify Withdrawal Info: Carefully check your withdrawal address, transfer network, and the actual receiving amount after deducting fees.
Submit and Wait for Arrival: Once confirmed, click submit and complete the relevant security verifications. Wait for blockchain network confirmation, and the funds will arrive in your MPChat wallet.
⚠️ Deposit Security Precautions:
Networks Must Match: The "Deposit Network" selected in MPChat must be exactly the same as the "Withdrawal Network" selected on the exchange. Mismatched networks will result in permanent loss of assets that cannot be recovered.
Address Verification: After pasting the address, strictly verify that the first 4 and last 4 characters perfectly match what is displayed in MPChat. This prevents clipboard hijacking by malware.
MPChat Web3 Wallet Withdrawal Guide
This tutorial will demonstrate the complete withdrawal (transfer) process using the extraction of USDT from the MPChat Web3 wallet to the Binance exchange as an example.
Step 1: Initiate Transfer in MPChat
Enter Transfer Page: Open the MPChat App, switch to the Web3 page, and click the green "Transfer" icon.
Select Withdrawal Cryptocurrency: In your owned assets list, search for or directly click the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (using USDT as an example).
Select Network: In the pop-up network list, select the blockchain network you wish to use (using the Solana network as an example).
Step 2: Obtain and Enter Receiving Address
Obtain Receiving Address (using Binance as an example): Open your receiving platform (e.g., Binance App), enter the USDT deposit page, select the exact same network as MPChat (Solana), and copy that deposit address.
Paste Receiving Address: Return to the MPChat App and paste the copied address into the "Receiving Address" field. Confirm the address and network are correct, then click "Next".
Step 3: Confirm Amount and Security Verification
Enter Transfer Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
⚠️ Important Note (Reserve Gas Fees): On-chain transfers require miner fees (Gas fees). Ensure your wallet account has sufficient native mainnet tokens (e.g., if withdrawing USDT via the Solana network, you must reserve a small amount of SOL for fees); otherwise, the transfer cannot be initiated.
Perform Password Verification: After confirming the withdrawal amount and fees, click next. Follow the system prompts to complete security verification using your Passkey, Face ID, or fingerprint.
Wait for Transfer to Arrive: Once verification passes, the transfer is initiated. You will see the transaction status change to "Processing" on the details page. Wait for the blockchain network to confirm, and the funds will arrive in your target account.
💡 Withdrawal Security Tips:
Networks Must Match: The "Selected Network" when sending from MPChat must be exactly the same as the "Deposit Network" receiving on the exchange. Selecting the wrong network will result in permanent loss of assets.
Verify Address: After pasting the address, please manually verify the first 4 and last 4 characters of the address. This prevents Trojan viruses from maliciously altering the address in your clipboard.
