v1.6.0 update: MPChat now ships a streamlined one-tap card application — no billing address typing, single Passkey confirmation, most users finish in under 60 seconds. The steps below still apply but you no longer need to fill them in by hand.

Applying for a virtual card requires a card fee of 10 USDT, and this fee will not be credited to your MPChat account. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds before applying for the card.
Please note: New users who fill in a friend's coupon ID when applying for their first virtual card will receive a 5 USD reward after activating the virtual card.
Please refer to the steps below to apply for a virtual card:
Open the MPChat app, tap Wallet → My Cards → Apply for a Card, choose Cloud Card or Flash Card (both virtual VISA cards), complete identity verification, then confirm the payment. If you have not linked a phone number or email, or have not finished identity verification, a dialog blocks the application and points you to what is missing — complete it and come back.
⚠️ The Flash Card (VISA virtual card, BIN 40433705) is limited to ONE per verified user — this is an issuing-bank restriction and cannot be lifted from within the app. If you need another virtual card, apply for a Cloud Card instead (up to 5). Each verified user can hold at most 6 virtual cards in total; the quota is counted per KYC-verified identity.
Please note:
Once payment is complete, the application cannot be canceled, and the card fee is non-refundable.
