No. Both KYC and card applications at MPChat require you to be 18. At 16 you cannot purchase or use a card.

There are two independent gates; both resolve to age 18:

KYC: identity verification is the prerequisite for MPChat Pay financial services and requires age 18.

Cards: the card issuer requires cardholders to be 18.

A parent or legal guardian’s consent cannot substitute. Under 18 you can still sign up and use chat, friends, and groups.
