1. Open the MPChat app, click Wallet - Transfer - Select Cryptocurrency - Withdraw via Crypto Network, and choose USDT.
2. Select the USDT withdrawal network (taking USDT-TRC20 as an example). Open the receiving platform/wallet app (taking Binance as an example), click Funds - Spot - Deposit - Select USDT-TRC20. Paste the deposit address into the MPChat withdrawal address field (or scan the QR code to deposit), click Withdraw, complete the verification, and the withdrawal is successful.
Note:
The currency and network for withdrawal must match the deposit currency and network of the receiving platform, otherwise the transfer may fail to be credited.
Once the transaction is on the blockchain, MPChat cannot cancel the withdrawal.
MPChat will adjust the withdrawal fee based on blockchain network conditions; the specific fee displayed on the withdrawal page shall prevail.
