For novices: MPChat cannot be installed directly from the app store in some areas. You can download the Android installation package through the official website. This article summarizes common installation interceptions and solutions.
How to download MPChat App?
Please obtain the installation package from official channels and do not use unknown third-party links:

Find the Android download entrance on the official website, or follow the official instructions to obtain the APK. If you receive a link shared by others, please first check whether the domain name is mp.net or the address provided by official customer service. MPChat is currently a pure App product. Core functions such as registration, card opening, and chat all require the installation of the App before use. The official website does not provide a web version login entrance.
General installation recommendations
Pre-installation advice:
Use third-party browsers such as Chrome to download and try to avoid interception by some manufacturers' own browsers.
Connect to a single, stable Wi-Fi network; some models can temporarily turn off mobile data and Bluetooth during installation to reduce interference from security scans.
When a "Risk Warning" appears, follow the steps for the corresponding brand below, select Continue Installation and trust the official source.
Common treatments for various brands
HarmonyOS 4.0
Settings → Security → More Security Settings → Turn off "App Checking from External Sources".
Settings → System and Updates → Clean Mode → Turn off "Enhanced Protection".
Huawei / Honor
When a risk prompt appears, click Allow to continue.
If prompted "Control", select Cancel Control → Continue Installation.
After installation: Settings → Apps → App Management → Search for MPChat → Allow mobile data and Wi-Fi.
Millet
Settings Search for "Virus Scanning" → Settings in the upper right corner.
Turn off "Installation Monitoring" and then install.
OPPO / realme
Set MPChat as a trusted application in "Mobile Manager" or add it to the whitelist.
Settings → Mobile Manager → Payment Protection You can temporarily turn off the relevant interception and then install it again.
Other Android brands
After the download is complete, you can temporarily turn off Wi‑Fi and mobile data, and then click Install.
Settings → Apps/Permission Management → Security & Privacy, set MPChat as a trusted application.
If it still fails, try to re-download the installation package using Chrome, or contact MPChat online customer service for assistance in troubleshooting.
First time use after installation
Open MPChat and register/log in using your email or mobile phone number.
Follow the guidance to complete KYC identity verification (required for card opening, cash withdrawal, etc.).
Starting from v1.5.0, it is recommended to add Passkey for sensitive operations; you can also bind Google Authenticator as 2FA (see "How to Bind and Use Authenticator (2FA)").

Prompt "Parse package error"?
Most of them are incomplete downloads. Delete the installation package and change the browser to download again from https://mp.net.
Can't open or crashes after installation?
Confirm that the system version meets the App requirements; clear the cache and try again, or contact MPChat online customer service.
What’s the difference with iPhone users?
