To ensure the safety of your funds, if you enter an incorrect PIN, CVV, or Expiry Date three consecutive times within a 24-hour period, a security block will be triggered by the card issuer, leading to the card being locked.

Self-service unlocking is not available for this status. Please go to the "Support" (or Customer Service) page in the App immediately to contact a live agent and submit a manual unlock request.
