Lockout Trigger Condition: If you enter incorrect information 10 consecutive times within 5 minutes (including login passwords, SMS verification codes, or email verification codes), the system will automatically trigger a security risk control, and your account will be temporarily locked for 1 hour.
How to Unlock: Once an account enters the secure lockout state, it cannot be manually unlocked early by customer support. Please patiently wait for the 1-hour countdown to finish, and the system will automatically unlock it for you.
Next Steps Guide: After the account is unlocked, if you have indeed forgotten your login password, please do not try guessing again. We recommend clicking "Forgot Password" directly on the login page to reset it, preventing your account from being locked again.
💡 Experience Upgrade Tip: We highly recommend that after successfully logging in, you go to [Profile] > [Security Center] > [Passkey] to enable biometric authentication. Once enabled, you can achieve "instant passwordless login" via Face ID or fingerprint, completely eliminating the hassle of being locked out due to incorrect passwords.
