If you encounter a situation where your deposit has not been credited, please double-check your transfer amount:
Uncreditable: Any single deposit whose actual received amount (after blockchain network fees) is less than 10 USDT will not be recognized or credited. Even if you send 10 USDT, it will not credit if the amount after fees is below 10 USDT.
Regarding Compensation: Please note that the MPChat platform cannot provide manual verification, reissue, or compensation for funds that fail to be credited because the actual received amount is below 10 USDT.
