If you don't see a specific card immediately on the wallet page , don't worry.

MPChat supports multi-card management . All applied and activated cards are stored in the same wallet view, and you can quickly switch between them by swiping the top card area to the left .

How to view all cards under your name

To view your other cards after successfully applying for multiple cards, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the MPChat APP and click on the wallet in the bottom navigation bar to enter the wallet page.

  2. In the card display area at the top of the page, swipe left with your finger to browse other cards under your name.

  3. Continue swiping to view all applied and activated cards in sequence. The corresponding transaction records will be displayed below each card.

💡 Tip: MPChat allows users to hold and manage multiple virtual cards simultaneously, including different card types such as the MPChat Asia Elite Card and the MPChat US Direct Card. All cards can be switched and viewed in the same wallet view by swiping left and right.

Troubleshooting

If you still cannot find the card using the methods described above, please check the following:

  • Network latency: Try pulling down to refresh the wallet page and wait for the data to synchronize completely.

  • Account Switching: Please confirm that you are logged in with the correct account used when applying for the card.
