If you encounter a blank screen or a long loading time when viewing card information, this is due to MPChat's real-time data acquisition mechanism to protect your privacy . Because sensitive information is not stored locally but read in real-time from the card issuer's API, network fluctuations may cause loading delays.
Why do I get a white screen or a loading screen error?
MPChat employs a high standard of privacy protection:
Data is not stored locally: Your card number, CVV, expiration date and other sensitive information will not be stored on the MPChat server or locally. Each time you view it, it needs to be retrieved from the issuing bank's API in real time.
Network dependency: The speed of connecting to overseas bank APIs will vary depending on the network conditions in your location, and it usually takes 3-10 seconds to load.
Security Verification: From version 1.5.0 onwards, viewing card information requires Passkey (biometric) verification before a data request will be initiated.
Steps to resolve white screen issue
If you encounter continuous loading or a white screen, please try the following steps in order:
Please wait patiently: After clicking the eye icon for the first time, please wait 10-15 seconds to allow the system to complete data communication with the bank's API.
Switch network: If there is still no display after more than 20 seconds, please switch your network environment (such as switching from WiFi to 4G/5G, or changing to another WiFi), and then click the eye icon again to trigger loading.
Check Passkey verification: Ensure you have completed fingerprint or facial recognition verification. If the verification window does not pop up, please exit and try again.

Normal process for viewing card information
The standard operating procedure is as follows:
Go to the wallet page and click on the "My Cards" entry.
Select the card you want to view and click on the card or the eye icon .
Complete Passkey verification (fingerprint/facial recognition).
Wait 3-5 seconds, and the system will display information such as card number, expiration date, and CVV.
