1.How to enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
1)Requirements for enabling: The account must have completed at least one of the following verifications: mobile phone, email, or Google verification
2)Steps to enable 2FA:
① Go to the "My" page and select "Security Center"
② Click on the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" option
③ Turn on the switch for any bound verification method to successfully enable that verification method
④ You can enable up to 3 verification methods simultaneously, and you can choose any one for verification when logging in
3)Steps to disable 2FA: Go to the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" page and turn off all enabled verification method switches to disable the login 2FA function. You can access the APP without 2FA verification for future logins (except when logging in with a new device)
2.When is 2FA verification required?
1)2FA verification will be triggered during login when any of the following conditions are met:
① Any verification item in "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" has been enabled
② Logging in to the account for the first time using a new mobile device
2)You can access the APP only after successful verification
3.How to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
1)Normal process:
① After entering "Security Verification", the system will recommend a security verification method bound to your account (e.g., Google Verification)
② Enter/paste the verification code
③ Click the "Confirm" button, and you will automatically enter the APP after successful verification
2)If you wish to use another verification method, follow these steps:
① On the security verification interface, click "Change Verification Method"
② Select 1 verification method from the list of available methods (up to 3 options: Google Verification/Email Verification/Mobile Verification)
③ Enter/paste the verification code for the new verification method to complete verification
3)If you encounter issues with verification methods, please reset by following these steps:
① Click "Security verification unavailable?" on the security verification interface
② The system will guide you through the verification method reset process
③ After resetting, perform login verification again
