Why did my subscription service (e.g., ChatGPT, Netflix) fail to charge?

Subscription services are typically billed through automatic transfers. If a charge fails, the most common reason is an insufficient card balance.

  • Suggestion: Please ensure that your card has enough balance to cover the current billing cycle.

  • Note: If there are no funds in the card, the transaction will be declined. After topping up, we generally recommend that you manually go to the merchant's page to re-initiate the payment to ensure service is restored promptly.
