Muse is Meta’s personal AI agent. This tutorial shows how to upgrade on muse.ai or the official app with an MPChat Cloud Card.
Consumer Muse, Muse Code ($5 / $15 / $50 CLI plans), and the Meta Model API (pay-per-token, including Muse Spark) are three different products. This article covers only the Muse assistant subscription on muse.ai.
🔑 Before you subscribe
You need a matching account, location, card, and balance. Missing any one of these is a common decline.
Location: Be in the United States or Canada. Meta’s help center says Muse subscriptions are in limited testing and are not available in every location.
Account: Sign in with a Meta account. You can create one with Facebook, Instagram, email, or a phone number. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live.
MPChat card: After identity verification, open a Cloud Card and move in at least $25 in USDT equivalent (Power $20 plus auth hold and FX buffer).
Network: Keep your exit IP in the US or Canada. Prefer a stable residential connection. Datacenter or public proxies are more likely to trip risk checks.
⚠️ Region and store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel on the same store and the same account. An App Store purchase needs an Apple ID for that storefront. Web subscriptions are managed on muse.ai.

📝 Step by step
Phase 1: Prepare the MPCard
In the MPChat App go to Wallet → Deposit, send USDT, and wait for credit.
MPChat App → MPCard → New card → Cloud Card. Save the number, expiry, and CVC.
Wallet → Transfer: from the MP wallet (USDT) to MPCard, amount ≥ $25.
Phase 2: Upgrade in Muse (path from Meta’s help center)
Open muse.ai or the official Muse app and sign in with your Meta account.
On the web: bottom-left Menu → Settings. In the app: top-left Menu → Settings.
Under Usage, tap Upgrade or Manage subscription.
Choose Power or Maximum, confirm the monthly price and weekly allowance, then continue to payment.
Phase 3: Enter the card
Number / expiry / CVC: copy them from MPChat App → MPCard → card details.
Name on card: use your real name (Latin letters).
Billing address: use a real US or Canadian address that matches where you are. The ZIP or postal code must be valid.
Submit and wait for authorization. Usage should then show the paid plan and the next renewal date.

View the plan: Menu → Settings → Manage subscription for status, next renewal, and the current payment method.
Cancel: cancel on the same platform you used to buy. Access usually continues until the period ends.
MPChat fees: if the merchant starts 3D Secure, MPChat charges a 3D Secure Verification Fee of $0.03 per attempt (no monthly waiver). Auth/Verify Fee: first 10 per account per month waived, then $1. See the fee table.
❓ FAQ
Can I subscribe to Muse outside the US and Canada?
Not under Meta’s current wording. Paying only raises usage inside a supported country. Follow the message you see after signing in on muse.ai.
Are Muse, Muse Code, and the Muse Spark API the same thing?
No. Muse is the assistant subscription (this article). Muse Code is a flat monthly CLI plan. Muse Spark is billed per token on the Meta Model API. They are not interchangeable.
Will an MPChat card always be accepted?
No guarantee. This guide is not a live checkout test. If it fails, check region, IP, billing address, and balance, then wait before retrying. Do not trigger risk checks with rapid repeats.
