Account Deactivation Steps:
Click My > Security Center > Deactivate Account
Account Deletion Policy
After deletion, this account cannot be recovered. All cards associated with this account will be canceled.
All user-related records, including chats, wallet, and cards, will be permanently deleted.
After deletion, account assets will not be processed.
Accounts with assets exceeding 5 USD (inclusive) cannot be deleted.
Accounts with assets less than 5 USD will have their assets forfeited upon deletion (considered voluntary abandonment).
Important Notes
Grace Period: If you log in within 7 days after submitting the account deletion request, the request will be canceled, and you can continue using your account normally.
After successful deletion, your verified identity can be used to register a new account.
Please Note:
All cards associated with this account will be canceled.
All transaction records will be deleted.
Any unwithdrawn assets will be considered voluntarily forfeited.
No refunds will be issued after the account is canceled.
