Account Deactivation Steps:
Click My > General > Deactivate Account
Please Note:
All cards associated with this account will be canceled.
All transaction records will be deleted.
Any unwithdrawn assets will be considered voluntarily forfeited.
No refunds will be issued after the account is canceled.
Grace Period: If you log in within 15 days after submitting the account deletion request, the request will be canceled, and you can continue to use the account normally.
Accounts with an outstanding balance cannot be deleted.
