If you are using an iOS device to submit identity verification, please ensure your system version is 12.2 or higher.
1. Bind Email: Open the MPChat app, click My > Security Center > Email Verification.
2. Identity Verification: Open the MPChat app, click My > Identity Verification, and complete the information entry.
Fill in basic information such as Country/Region, Surname, Given Name, and Date of Birth. Select the document you wish to use for verification, enter the corresponding document number, and click "Continue" to submit.
3. Click "Continue" to upload your identity document and complete the verification.
4. After the document submission is approved, you need to complete the facial recognition process. Follow the on-screen prompts to perform the required actions.
5. If the review result is "Approved," the identity verification is complete.
