Updated this week

After activating the card, you need to first deposit funds into your MPChat wallet, and then transfer them from the wallet to the specific card before you can use it.

We adopt a two-tiered "wallet-card" fund structure, with the wallet serving as the central hub for funds, which can be flexibly allocated to multiple cards to avoid locking funds in a single card.

Step 1: Top up your wallet

Please go to your wallet page to complete the fund top-up:

  1. Open MPChat and go to the wallet page in the bottom navigation.

  2. Click the deposit button and select your preferred payment method ( USDT on-chain deposit, Binance Pay ).

  3. Enter the recharge amount and complete the payment verification.

💡 Tip: It is recommended to recharge an appropriate amount to your wallet according to your actual needs. The wallet balance can be used to transfer between multiple cards at any time.

Step 2: Transfer to card

After the wallet top-up is complete, the funds will be transferred to the target card :

  1. Enter the wallet page

  2. Click the Transfer button

  3. Enter the transfer amount, and after confirmation, the funds will be transferred from your wallet to this card. You can then start using it.

⚠️ Note: Please ensure your wallet has sufficient funds before making the transfer. Card balances cannot be withdrawn directly. To get a refund, you must first transfer the card balance back to your wallet before withdrawing.

Why do I need to top up my wallet first?

This design is primarily intended to improve the flexibility of fund utilization.

  1. One top-up, multiple uses: After topping up to your wallet once, you can flexibly allocate the funds to multiple cards.

  2. Dynamic adjustment: Supports transferring card balance back to the wallet, allowing for convenient adjustment of fund distribution based on spending scenarios.

  3. Unified Management: All fund changes are centrally recorded on the wallet page, facilitating reconciliation and management.
