As a group owner or administrator, you may have the following management needs:
"How do I add new mini-programs or apps to the group?"
"There are too many apps in the group; how do I reorder or delete them?"
As an admin, you have exclusive permissions to manage group apps. You can flexibly configure them using the following methods:
1. How to Add New Apps?
Path: Tap the top-right corner of the group chat to enter the [Group App] page > Tap the [Edit Icon] in the top-right corner to enter [App Management] > Tap [Add] in the top-right corner.
You can search by entering the app name keywords or a URL link. Once you find the target app, tap "Add" to sync it to the group.
2. How to Adjust the Display Order?
On the [App Management] page, simply long-press and drag an app icon to freely adjust its display sequence within the group. The system will automatically save your preferred order.
3. How to Deactivate or Delete Apps?
Deactivate (Temp Removal): Tap the [-] button next to an active app to move it to the "Hidden/Not Displayed" area. You can re-enable it at any time.
Permanent Deletion: Long-press the app icon you wish to remove and drag it down to the red deletion zone at the bottom. Release your finger to completely remove the app from the group.
