MPChat maintains a "No Hidden Fees" policy. Our core service fees are listed below:
External Withdrawals: A fixed network fee of 2.1 USDT per transaction. If your cumulative withdrawals within the same calendar day exceed 5,000 USDT, an additional 0.1% service fee applies to the portion above that.
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Withdrawals below 10 USDT are not permitted.
Card Deletion/Cancellation: A fee of 3 USDT per card (we recommend using the free "Freeze" feature instead).
Fund Transfers: Transfers between your Assets page and your card are free of charge.
New Card Issuance: A one-time fee of 10 USDT is required for your first card application.
Referral Bonus: When a user you invite successfully applies for their first card, they will receive a 5 USDT reward.
Transaction Fee: A rate of 0.80% applies to all purchases/spending.
Exchange Rate Standard: For non-base currency transactions (e.g., paying a JPY or EUR bill with a USD card), the conversion strictly follows the official real-time Visa exchange rate. You can use the official Visa Exchange Rate Calculator for estimations and inquiries.
FX Fee: Foreign Exchange (FX) fees incurred from cross-border transactions are charged directly by the Visa network. MPChat does not add any exchange rate markups or hidden extra fees.
