Please note that assets on the Wallet page are divided into two categories: Wallet Assets and Card Assets. "Wallet Assets" are distinct from "Card Assets."
Asset Usage: Red Packets and transfers between MPChat friends use the balance from your Wallet Assets by default.
Solution: This happens because there is no balance in your Wallet Assets. We recommend using the "Transfer" (Internal Transfer) function to move funds from your Card Assets to your Wallet Assets.
