After activating your card, MPChat will synchronize data with institutions like PayPal and Google Pay.

  • Synchronization Time: Data synchronization may be slower for some users; however, most will be able to use their card within 2 days (though some cases may take 3-5 days).

  • Operational Advice: If a transaction fails, do not attempt to repeat it immediately to avoid the card being frozen due to being flagged as "malicious activity." Please wait for a period of time before trying again.

  • Troubleshooting Steps: If you still cannot bind the card after several days, please ensure that your account name matches the name on your MPChat card exactly and use the same billing address as provided for your MPChat card when re-attempting to bind.
