Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Fund Preparation within MPChat
Wallet Top-up Open MPChat → "Wallet" → "Deposit" → Copy USDT address Transfer USDT from external wallet/exchange (Recommend $15+)
Apply for MPCard Go to "MPCard" → "Apply for New Card" → Country must be "United States" Record Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV code
Asset Transfer Use the "Transfer" function to convert USDT to USD and top up MPCard Ensure balance ≥ $12 (including verification fee)
Step 2: GitHub Account Settings

Common Reasons & Solutions:
Trio Mismatch: Ensure: US IP + US MPCard + US Billing Address. The ZIP code must be valid.
Address Failure: Re-generate a more detailed US address (including apartment number). Confirm State abbreviation is correct (e.g., CA=California, NY=New York).
IP Quality: Switch to a US Residential IP (Data center IPs are easily flagged).
❓ Charged but Service Not Activated
Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the page
Check email for the subscription confirmation from GitHub
Contact GitHub support if still ineffective
