To provide a more stable and secure global payment experience, we have recently performed a comprehensive service upgrade to our card system. If you find that your card number has changed or your original card balance has returned to zero, please do not worry—your funds are secure.

The specific changes are as follows:

Card Update: Your old card is no longer in service. The system has automatically issued a brand-new card for you (with a new card number and CVV). Please view your new card information in the App and use the new card number for future transactions.

Whereabouts of Funds:

  • Balance Transfer: The remaining funds from your old card have been automatically migrated to your new card balance. Please check your new card balance.

  • If your new card displays "Under Review," please wait patiently; this is a normal part of the system logic and does not affect the security of your funds.

Operational Suggestions: Please update your card information on linked platforms such as Alipay and Apple Pay in a timely manner to avoid any disruption to automatic payments.
