You can take the following actions against a harassing user:
Add to Blocklist: In the friend chat details, select "Add to Blocklist." You will no longer receive messages from this person.
Delete Contact: In the friend chat details, select "Delete Contact."
Report: The "Report" entry can be found in the chat details of both friends and group chats.
