Q: What is the difference between "Transfer" and "Red Packet"?

A:

  • Transfer: Primarily used for peer-to-peer direct transfers between friends, requiring confirmation of the recipient, currency, and amount.

  • Red Packet: Can be sent to friends or in group chats. Group Red Packets support either "Random (Luck-based)" or "Standard" modes.

Q: Can I send a "Transfer" to a specific person within a group chat?

A: No. Based on the function design, the "Transfer" feature is located in the "+ menu" of friend chats, and it is not included in the "+ menu" of group chats. You can only send a "Red Packet" in a group.

Q: What information do I need to set when sending a Group Red Packet?

A: You need to select either a "Random" or "Standard" Red Packet, and set the "Number of Packets," the "Red Packet Amount" (select currency and quantity), and the "Red Packet Title."
